The South Vietnam 50 Dong banknote was released by the National Bank of Vietnam in 1969. The banknote has blue, red, and green color combinations.
Its obverse depicts the National Bank of Vietnam headquarters building while the reverse displays guilloches. The note comes with a solid security thread and a watermark that shows an image of Tran Hung Dao. The paper bill is 143 x 70 mm in size.
Printed by Bradbury, Wilkinson, & Company and carries the signatures of Nguyen Van Dong and Tu Van Quy. This particular South Vietnam 50 Dong banknote is in About Uncirculated condition.
